Kazidomi is becoming more and more present in France thanks to the takeover of its competitor Smartfooding and Graine de Santé, websites specialising in healthy food for young children.
Already present in more than 15 countries, the online organic specialist achieves 60% of its turnover in France but does not want to stop there. With the acquisition of its competitors, Kazidomi is strengthening its presence on the organic market and will be able to achieve economies of scale.
Indeed, Smartfooding also operates a subscription system that gives exclusive discounts on a wide range of natural and organic products and will also bring expertise on special diets and baby products to the Kazidomi clientèle
This acquisition will bring these three players together on one website and all Smartfooding customers will find their current membership on the Kazidomi site. As for Graine de Santé, the player will be kept independently but the operations will be managed by Kazidomi's teams. "Smartfooding and Graine de Santé have thousands of customers. Our ambition is to accelerate the transition to healthier, more sustainable and more responsible consumption patterns. By consolidating our communities and expertise, we will achieve this even faster", says Emna Everard, co-founder of Kazidomi.
