Costco opens second store

A second Costco warehouse opened its doors this Saturday, December 4 in France, in Pontault-Combault in Seine-et-Marne, France. From giant stuffed animals to jukeboxes and food and hygiene products, the store offers a selection of diverse and surprising products on 8,000 square meters (10,500 square meters if an extension is approved in the coming months).

 

The Costco in Pontault-Combault also offers a fast-food area (hot dog, burger, sundae, etc.), a tire mounting center, but also a hearing aid center and an optical center.

 

The Costco brand has been present in France since 2017, in Villebon-sur-Yvette (Essonne). The goal of the American retailer is to open 12 to 15 stores in the country.
