More organic shops opened in 2021

By mid-October 2021, 168 organic specialty shops in France had opened. This figure exceeds the total number of openings in 2020, which was 164.

From the end of July to mid-October 2021, there were 42 organic shop openings. This represents a sales area of 15,484 m2, or an average sales area of 369 m2.

As a reminder, there were 48 openings between mid-June and the end of July.These new openings allow Biocoop, La Vie Claire, So.bio, Les Comptoirs de la Bio, Bio c'Bon, Biomonde, L'Eau Vive, Le Grand Panier Bio and Accord Bio to further expand their shop base.
