Carrefour increases its vegetal offer

Created in 2015, the Carrefour Veggie private label was enriched with 25 references last year. In 2021, no less than 15 new codes will be added to the range, half of which are in the ultra-fresh section.

One example is the new range of Carrefour Végétal desserts with plain coconut milk, strawberry or lemon. Between now and the end of the year, a chocolate almond milk dessert, a vanilla coconut milk rice and two large (400g) jars of plain and vanilla coconut milk yogurts will also be added to Carrefour's shelves.

For all these products, the retailer aims to be affordable, with prices 20 to 30% lower than those of its competitors. For example, the new coconut milk products are offered at €1.70 for four 100g pots. In addition, the recipes are tested, rated and validated by customers.
