New natural growth factor for pigs

Nuwen has unveiled CalseaGrow, a new natural growth promoter for pig feed manufacturers. "This new product is the result of a careful selection of the best of marine and terrestrial plants, designed to improve the growth of pigs by acting on their intestinal biota" explains the manufacturer.

A natural solution for intestinal balance
CalseaGrow is a natural growth promoter with proven efficacy that improves growth and feed conversion in pigs by acting on their intestinal biota, a complex and diverse network of interacting micro-organisms. It plays an essential role in digestion and regulation of the pig's immune system to promote growth.
To verify the effectiveness of CalseaGrow under different conditions, several tests have been carried out in partnership with farmers and research centres such as INRA. Significant increases in Average Daily Gain (p<0.001) and Feed Conversion Ratio (p<0.01) were observed.

A practical and natural product that can be used in organic farming
Thanks to Nuwen's industrial know-how, CalseaGrow is offered in a micro-granulated form guaranteeing product homogeneity and limiting the risks of clogging and dust. Easy to incorporate in feed (1kg/T), the micro-granules resist to pelleting processes and high temperatures. Nuwen is a subsidiary of the Roullier Group, the international specialist in the service of industry. The company imports and produces mineral raw materials and functional ingredients in the field of animal nutrition. With its history and know-how in animal nutrition, Nuwen has been marketing a range of raw materials for over 40 years and is now investing in R&D in order to offer technical and innovative products. Nuwen offers products that optimise the animal's performance through gentle and natural approaches.
