NaturéO accelerates on the click & collect sector

The organic product retailer NaturéO has drawn up a dynamic balance sheet for the year 2020 with a turnover up by 7.3% to 139.3 million euros. For 2021, the distributor will consolidate its entry into click & collect and the modernisation of its shops.

Like most organic distributors, NaturéO recorded an unprecedented increase in turnover of +7.3% to 139.3 million euros in 2020. This growth can be explained by the fact that French people have become aware of sustainable consumption, considering organic food as a safe haven during this health crisis. Thus, to better adjust to the expectations and needs of consumers, NaturéO has developed in 2020 its click & collect service on 24 points of sale (50 in total of the park) with an offer of 5,000 references, out of the 8,500 shops. By the end of 2021, 40 shops will offer this service.

In addition to the digital evolution, the company has started the modernisation of its shop network. Six new shops will be modernised during the year. Also, the company is working on recycling and zero waste initiatives, with the development of bulk products (200 references). Finally, by the end of 2021, NaturéO will apply the nutri-score to all its own products. It has 187 products to date and will add 60 new products to its catalogue by the end of 2021.
